It took almost almost two years to complete the renovation of this beautiful home. First everything was taken down to the original wood boards. Then everything was built back out in a modern farmhouse style. The goal was to keep the exterior look of the home as original as possible which entailed removing aluminum siding from the 1970’s.

At that point carpenters and painters were brought in to modernize the home so that you get the incredible location and history of the home but the fastest Wi-Fi and the most up to date fitness and living spaces of any luxury hotel in Northeast Ohio.
